OGAE REST OF THE WORLD | MEMBERSHIP

Membership offers many benefits and advantages:

  • Mix with like-minded people, share ideas and experiences, get the latest information on events in cities where other members live

  • Engage and participate in as many fun activities and virtual events as you like

  • Participate in the official OGAE Poll and Contests

  • Participate in the opportunity to apply for ticket packages at member prices (where member discounts are provided by the broadcasters)*.

Notes about ticketing:

Check out our ticketing policy for more information. Our club does not work on a ballot system. We run club activities from 1 November to 31 October of the year preceding the Eurovision Song Contest, creating a leaderboard of members on the ticket list. Only Euphoria members may apply for tickets through OGAE Rest of the World.

For example, for the ticket list for the 2027 ESC, members will need to participate in club activities from 1 November 2025 until 31 October 2026.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES

You can become a member of the OGAE Rest of the World Fan Club in one of two categories:

  • EUPHORIA for primary membership, or

  • MOLITVA for secondary membership.

Euphoria

Holding an OGAE ROTW Euphoria membership means you are a PRIMARY MEMBER of this club. Euphoria membership costs GBP 10 in the first year and annual renewals cost GBP 5.

Under OGAE International rules a member can have only one primary club. You can have SECONDARY membership with other OGAE clubs if you like.

If you already hold PRIMARY membership with another club, you are welcome to consider OGAE ROTW Molitva membership below.

Euphoria members are eligible to:

  • apply for the club’s ticket list to attend the contest.

  • earn ticketing points through participation in activities and contests.

  • vote on club matters, including Board elections.

  • vote in the various contests held by OGAE each year, details of which are announced on this website. 

Euphoria membership gives the right to hold an OGAE Member card, an electronic card provided through Cardskipper, which provides access to some of the events and venues in the host city during the period of the contest, and discounts at the eurovision.tv online shop.

FOURTH YEAR FREE | As a Euphoria member (primary membership with OGAE Rest of the World), with 3 consecutive years of membership, we will give you your fourth year FREE.

REFERRALS | Existing members receive one point for every new Euphoria member they refer (up to a maximum of 10 points in each membership year). If a member has previously been a Euphoria member and is re-joining the Club, a referral point is not applicable. Please indicate on the membership form if you have been referred by an existing member.

MOLITVA

Holding an OGAE ROTW Molitva membership means you are a SECONDARY of this club. This membership is for those who are already a primary member of another OGAE club. Molitva membership costs GBP 5.

Under OGAE International rules a member can have only one primary club. You can have SECONDARY membership with other OGAE clubs if you like.

Molitva members:

  • will have an OGAE card from their primary club, so are not entitled to a card from Rest of the World.

  • are only entitled to tickets for the Eurovision Song Contest through their primary club – not through OGAE ROTW.

  • are not entitled to vote in Rest of the World elections or changes to the Constitution.

  • are not entitled to vote as a Rest of the World member in the various contests held by OGAE each year. All voting will be done under their primary club membership.

Once payment is received by OGAE Rest of the World, we will confirm your payment by return email. This may take a few days depending on the number of membership requests on a given day. Please check your spam/junk folders to ensure the welcome email hasn't been misdirected.

NOTICE OF DATA COLLECTION AND USE

  • OGAE Rest of the World collects and stores the data you enter above, including your name, mailing address, and email address.

  • OGAE Rest of the World will store these data and will use them exclusively to administer your membership in the club. This includes contacting you periodically regarding your membership, including a periodic newsletter. We will also share your data with OGAE International in the context of administering and verifying your membership in the club.

  • Other than as described above, OGAE Rest of the World will not sell, lease, or share your data with any businesses or other organizations for any purpose. Specifically, we do not sell data to businesses for marketing purposes.

  • By entering your name, mailing address, and email address above and clicking SUBMIT on this form, you consent to the storage and use of your data as described above.

MEMBERSHIP FAQ’S

Does paid (‘Euphoria’) membership guarantee a ticket to Eurovision?

No. Factors such as the size of the auditorium, allocation of tickets across the entire OGAE Fan Club network, popularity of the host city as a destination, and number of tickets assigned to OGAE International by the host broadcaster, will all impact how many tickets are allocated to OGAE ROTW. In some years demand is likely to exceed supply.

Can I belong to more than one OGAE club?

Yes. However, you must decide which will be your ‘primary’ club and which will be your ‘secondary’ club. You may only hold a OGAE card and apply for ticket list/ballot at your primary club. If you choose Rest of the World as your secondary club, you must join as a Molitva member. See above for Molitva membership details.

What is the cost?

  • Euphoria membership costs GBP 10 in the first year and annual renewals cost GBP 5.

  • Molitva membership costs GBP 5.

These costs are used to cover basic admin costs, as the club is a non-profit entity. We have kept the fees low, as our members are spread across a vast geographical area, so most interaction is virtual.

Do I get a OGAE Membership card?

Euphoria members will receive an electronic membership card, delivered through a smartphone app called Card Skipper, from OGAE International. Molitva members will not receive a card (but should already have one through their primary club).

When do I get my card?

Within a month of your membership application, Euphoria members will receive a text message/SMS to the mobile phone number provided, with details of how to create your electronic Cardskipper membership card, that OGAE International use for all members globally.

How long is my card valid?

Your card is valid for the current (annual) Euphoria membership. The subscription period runs from 1 June to 31 May every year.

Can I have a joint subscription with another person?

No, membership is individual. If you have partner, they will need to become a member as well. Please use separate email addresses when applying.

Can I resign my membership?

Yes, of course. Simply provide written notification to us at membership@ogaerotw.com.

Am I eligible for a refund if I cancel my membership?

No refunds are given to cancelled memberships.
