Who’s ready for Bulgaria’s big comeback!? As one of the youngest participants to date in the ESC, Bulgaria’s 2017 entry, Kristian Kostov, could be an excellent contender to grace Bulgaria’s return. Since competing in 2017 at only 17, garnering Bulgaria’s best result of 2nd place, he’s been turning out some amazing music including collaborations with many of Europe’s well-known artists, most recently: ALMA. Since the contest, he’s participated in the long-running Chinese singing competition, Singer, as their youngest contestant ever, increasing his exposure in the Asian market. A recent bop he released was 2023’s Mine (one of my favourites).
